Abstract
The convergence of Machine Learning (ML) and the Internet of Things (IoT) marks a pivotal shift toward the development of smart, autonomous, and data-driven systems. While IoT serves as a vast network of interconnected physical devices generating continuous, real-time data, ML algorithms process this data to uncover patterns, detect anomalies, and make predictive decisions. This synergy empowers applications ranging from predictive maintenance in industries and precision farming in agriculture to real-time traffic management and personalized smart environments. The integration of ML and IoT enhances operational efficiency, user experience, and system responsiveness across multiple domains.

Abstract
Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are integral in various applications like environmental monitoring, healthcare, and military surveillance. However, one of the critical challenges faced by WSNs is data loss, which can significantly affect the performance and reliability of these networks. The primary causes of data loss include signal interference, packet collisions, environmental factors, and energy constraints of sensor nodes. As WSNs are often battery-powered, the depletion of energy resources can lead to intermittent connectivity or node failure, resulting in data loss. This study explores the causes of data loss in WSNs, its consequences, and the impact of dynamic network topologies and routing challenges. Furthermore, it examines mitigation strategies such as robust communication protocols, error detection and correction techniques, energy-efficient designs, redundant data storage, and adaptive routing to enhance the reliability and performance of these networks.

Abstract
Impostor Syndrome (IS) is a psychological phenomenon characterized by persistent self-doubt, fear of being exposed as a fraud, and an inability to internalize success despite evident achievements. One of the key contributing factors to IS is social comparison, wherein individuals evaluate their competence and self-worth by comparing themselves to others.

Abstract
Although financial empowerment is a crucial strategy for reducing poverty and promoting prosperity, little research has been done on how it affects groups that are economically marginalized. The scope of financial empowerment initiatives and their social ramifications for populations that are economically disadvantaged are examined in this study. A mixed-methods approach was used to gather data from surveys, interviews, and case studies conducted in a number of emerging locations with high levels of economic disparity.

Abstract
The gems and jewellery industry has historically possessed cultural, social, and economic importance in India and worldwide. In recent years, the advent of branded shops has led to a substantial alteration in customer purchasing behavior within this industry. It also motivated by emotional, cultural, and investment factors, jewellery acquisition is now shaped by brand reputation, trustworthiness, quality guarantees, certification, design innovation, and after-sales support. This study explores consumer purchasing behaviors regarding gems and jewelry, specifically in relation to branded merchants, emphasizing elements such as demographics, lifestyle choices, income levels, and evolving views of authenticity and value. It emphasizes that consumers, especially urban and younger demographics, are increasingly favouring branded jewellery due to factors such as transparency, hallmarking, warranties, and contemporary shopping experiences. Digital platforms, advertising, and celebrity endorsements significantly influence purchasing decisions. This transition emphasizes the increasing significance of branding strategies and customer-focused methodologies in maintaining competitiveness within the jewellery sector. In this article, systematic review on consumer buying behaviours for gems and jewellery with special reference to branded retailers has been used.

Abstract
Political mobilization is the process by which people, communities, and groups are organized and motivated to take political action in order to gain power and reach common goals. Political mobilization has had a big effect on social movements, political institutions, the creation of states, and patterns of governance throughout history. This historical context situates political mobilization within substantial historical frameworks, encompassing post-independence democracy and mass politics, colonial and nationalist movements, pre-modern societies and revolutionary upheavals. To boost political awareness and group action, it looks at how political parties, charismatic leaders, mass organizations, print culture, and later electronic media work. The focus is on how marginalized groups, like peasants, workers, women, and ethnic or religious minorities, came together to fight against exploitation, dominance, and demands for rights and representation. The study employs a historical-analytical approach to demonstrate that political mobilization is shaped by specific socioeconomic conditions and power dynamics, rather than being a uniform or linear phenomenon. In this article, review on political mobilization with special reference to historical perspectives has been discussed.

Abstract
Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) are recognized as a driving force for equitable development and economic advancement worldwide. The primary advantage of the industry is its little capital expenditure and potential for job creation. This sector has significantly greater labor intensity than large enterprises. It serves as a sanctuary for entrepreneurship, often driven by individual creativity and innovation. These enterprises are vital to the overall development of India's industrial sector. In comparison to the overall industrial sector, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) has consistently demonstrated higher growth rates in recent years. Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) are essential for attaining the objectives of inclusive and fair growth at the national level. This paper reflects critical study of Financial Management Practices in Small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs) in India.
