Abstract
Interest in the IoT and smart cities has been growing as people learn about its potential applications in fields as diverse as healthcare, remote monitoring, and transportation. In these Internet of Things (IoT)-based systems, wireless networked sensors (WSNs) gather data critical to the operation of smart surroundings. IoT-enabled WSNs face challenges such high latency, low bandwidth, and short network lifespan due to the copious amounts of data generated by a wide variety of sensors. This study presents a deep reinforcement learning-based efficient routing method for IoT-enabled WSNs to combat latency as well as electricity consumption (DRL). The proposed strategy separates the network into unequal cluster according to the present data transmission existing in the sensors, hence preventing the network from collapsing prematurely. Extensive testing has been performed in ns3 using the recommended strategy. The results of the experiments are contrasted to the state-of-the-art methodologies to demonstrate that the proposed method is effective in the areas in received packets, connectivity latency, clean energy, and the amount of living nodes within a network.

Abstract
The copyright landscape in India is evolving with the increasing impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on content creation. The Copyright Act, 1957, governs authorship and ownership, initially granting copyright to the creator of a work. In cases of computer-generated works, the author is defined as the individual who causes the work to be created. This raises questions about the interpretation of authorship and ownership when it comes to AI-generated content. Current interpretations suggest that those providing data or instructions to an AI system are considered authors, but there is no explicit mention of AI-generated works. The rapid advancement of AI necessitates ongoing examination and potential revisions to copyright laws to address emerging challenges, including determining liability for copyright infringement and defining the scope of AI-generated works.

Abstract
India's 7,500-kilometer coastline hosts diverse marine ecosystems crucial for ecological balance, fisheries, tourism, and livelihoods. Despite their importance, these ecosystems face threats from habitat degradation, pollution, overfishing, and climate change. Effective conservation strategies are imperative, integrating habitat preservation, sustainable fisheries management, pollution control, and marine protected areas. Key biodiversity hotspots like the Gulf of Mannar, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep archipelago require targeted conservation efforts. Research and monitoring are essential for biodiversity assessment and tracking climate impacts, informing adaptive management. Collaborative initiatives involving government, NGOs, research institutions, and communities are pivotal. Strengthened public awareness and education are critical for fostering marine stewardship. Future directions should focus on enhancing research, monitoring, climate adaptation, and community engagement to safeguard India's marine biodiversity.
