Abstract
This paper explores the usage of games to practice vocabulary in the teaching of English to young learner. Teaching vocabulary `through games was chosen as the focus area to enhance the interest of young learners to learn communication. Firstly, through the observation during course of my teaching practice at EFLU, I learned about usage of vocabulary and cultivate the interest in the mind of young learners through the games.
The study was conducted with twenty-nine students in a junior college. According to my observation of how vocabulary is taught in colleges, it relies on drilling the vocabulary to get the students to produce the correct pronunciation of words. Other strategies such as implementing games are very occasionally used to teach vocabulary; however, they are only used for a limited to me. Using games is considered time consuming, so teachers prefer to use drilling as an immediate way of teaching and practicing vocabulary. In English class, students are encouraged to speak in English when they answer, and while they interact with their classmates. Translation is generally avoided, but it is sometimes used to clarify difficult linguistic concepts, and also to clarify meaning.

Abstract
The introduction of modern education in Jharkhand from 1850 to 2000 AD marked a transformative period for the Adiwasi society, characterized by colonial imperatives, missionary influences, and post-independence initiatives. Colonial education, driven by administrative needs and missionary endeavors, initially neglected Adiwasi communities but later facilitated access, albeit with cultural assimilation. Post-independence, government efforts aimed to empower marginalized groups, leading to shifts in livelihoods, socio-political awareness, and emergence of Adiwasi leaders. However, challenges including cultural conflicts and educational inequities persisted. Despite complexities, education became integral to Adiwasi identity, enabling socio-economic participation and advocating for social justice. Understanding this historical context illuminates the nuanced impact of modern education on Adiwasi communities in Jharkhand.

Abstract
This paper goals to provide a worldwide angle on cyber-stalking and to illustrate as to how other countries are coping with cyber stalking issues, in addition to the rules in location in those countries. This component is right because it teaches India a lesson from the ones troubles and the way cyber stalking is regulated. Abstract
The present study examines the financial empowerment programs that Uttar Pradesh is currently implementing. Scholars have investigated a range of initiatives aimed at improving marginalized and underprivileged people's access to financial services, evaluating their wider socioeconomic effects. This analysis highlights both the progress and obstacles faced by using a wide range of quantitative data in conjunction with anecdotal accounts. It provides a thorough analysis of how giving people financial empowerment can alter social norms and open up new business opportunities. Finally, by providing insightful information to scholars, politicians, and industry professionals that could influence future strategies in Uttar Pradesh, this research hopes to further the conversation on sustainable economic growth through financial Empowerment.
