Abstract
Soil salinity, characterized by high concentrations of soluble salts, poses a significant challenge to agriculture by disrupting essential plant processes. Coriandrum sativum, or coriander, is particularly vulnerable to saline conditions, which adversely affect its growth, development, and quality. Salinity stress impairs water uptake and nutrient absorption, leading to reduced germination rates, stunted growth, and decreased yield. Physiologically, it causes lower chlorophyll content and diminished photosynthetic efficiency, further compromising plant health. Additionally, high soil salinity disrupts the uptake of essential nutrients, resulting in deficiencies that impact seed development and reduce essential oil production. This reduction in essential oils affects coriander's flavor and aroma, diminishing its culinary and medicinal value. Addressing soil salinity involves exploring plant tolerance mechanisms and implementing effective soil management practices. Such strategies are crucial for improving coriander cultivation in saline-affected areas, enhancing both crop yield and quality, and ensuring its viability as a valuable agricultural product.

Abstract
Introduction: Parenting style significantly influences children's emotional development, shaping their emotional intelligence, regulation, and overall mental health. Authoritative parenting, characterized by warmth, responsiveness, and clear boundaries, fosters high self-esteem, emotional resilience, and social competence in children. In contrast, authoritarian parenting, marked by high demands and low responsiveness, often leads to anxiety, lower self-esteem, and difficulties in emotional regulation. Permissive parenting, which is indulgent with few rules, can result in poor self-discipline and emotional instability. Neglectful parenting, characterized by a lack of involvement and emotional support, is associated with the most adverse outcomes, including attachment issues, emotional insecurity, and behavioral problems. These varied impacts highlight the crucial role of balanced, supportive, and structured parenting in promoting optimal emotional development in children.

Abstract
The game of cricket requires considerable amount of physical fitness and mastery of skills. A key element of fast bowling is ball-release speed or peak bowling speed (V-peak). Ball-release speed in fast bowlers is influenced by various anthropometric factors. Certain anthropometric measurements are advantageous for a good performance in fast bowling in cricket like longer the arm length more the leverage which helps the bowler to bowl fast. In this study, the researcher has tried to find out the predictive anthropometric variables which contribute towards fast bowling in cricket. To achieve the purpose of the study, 45 males fast bollower of inter-collegiate cricket teams in various colleges affiliated to University of Lucknow, Lucknow are randomly selected as subjects. 18 anthropometric variables namely: The height, weight, foreleg length, thigh length, leg length, upper arm length, forearm length, Ponderal Index, Crural Ratio, arm length, hand length, upper arm girth, forearm girth, wrist circumference, shoulder width, chest girth, thigh girth and calf girth were selected and their individual and multiple correlation with Velocity of the ball were computed by using. Pearson's Product Moment Method for Coefficient of Correlation and Multiple Correlation were applied.
