Abstract
This research aims to analyze the application of fine art learning with therapeutic art approach to improve students' self-concept and creative competence. This research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles at the Children's Special Guidance Institute of Class 1, Kutoarjo, Central Java. The subjects in this study are Penitentiary students during the criminal period totaling 15 children. The object of research is the level of self-concept and creative competence of students. The primary data are obtained through self-concept questionnaires, creative competency assessment tests, and interviews for learning activities for the interest and talent classes of fine arts. The minimum target score for the self-concept level of students is the high category, while the minimum score for creative competence is 75,00. The analytical technique is a descriptive qualitative analysis supported by data validity test activities using triangulation. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that fine art learning with a therapeutic art approach can improve students' self-concept and creative competence by increasing the score of each indicator with an average in Cycle II, the level of self-concept of students is in the very high category and creative competence on average score up to 89.24.

Abstract
This study examined the personality profiles of effective and less effective secondary school teachers in Kashmir valley. The sample of the study consisted of 800 secondary school teachers which were collected by random sampling. Attitude towards teaching scale developed by using S.P. Alullwalia’s was used. The results of the study revealed that the effective secondary school teachers have favorable attitude towards teaching as compared to less effective secondary school teachers. The results also revealed that effective teachers are more competent to their job and also show positive attitude and are more cooperative to the students and heads of institutions. During the study it was found that the effective teachers possess good personality characteristics like punctuality, softness and lovable to students. The efficiency of an educational system depends largely on the efficiency of its teachers. The quality of education imparted to children depends to a large extent on the quality of teachers, building, equipment, curricula, books and teaching methods are no doubt important. But no other aspect of education is so vital and significant as the men and women who actually teach. It is they who can make proper use of all the above said factors who can give meaning and life to the curriculum, who can make the books interesting or dull and who can make teaching methods inspiring or soul killing.

Abstract
The present study was undertaken to find out the self-confidence and academic achievement of children of working and non-working mothers of Kashmir.800 children was selected as sample for the present study (in which 400 children of working mothers and 400 children of non-working mothers) by using simple random sampling technique. Rekha Gupta’s Agnihotri Self –confidence Inventory was used for data collection. For statistical analysis mean, SD, t-test and Correlation was used. The results of the study revealed that children of working mothers have found high self-confidence than the children of non-working mothers. The result also revealed that there is no significant difference between children of working and non-working mothers on academic achievement. It was also found that positive correlation was found between self-confidence and academic achievement. The study aimed to find the difference in attitude of teachers towards teaching on the basis of gender, stream and locality. Data analysis is based on the mean score obtained from the respondents. For statistical analysis t-test was used to determine whether there are significant differences in Attitudes of teachers. During the study it was found that the effective teachers possess good personality characteristics like punctuality, softness and lovable to students. Abstract
Handicrafts are unique representations of a country’s culture, tradition, and heritage. One of the most important sectors of the economy is the handicraft industry. Kashmiri handicrafts are products that are made, crafted, and decorated by hand by Kashmiri people and artisans. The crafts of Kashmir are diverse and rich in history. The handicraft of papier-mache is significant in the annals of Kashmir history. Papier Mache is a technique for shaping raw paper pulp into aesthetically attractive products. Papier Mache is a popular craft in Kashmir. During the rule of Zain-ul-Abidin (1420-1470) and Mughals (1586-1752), this craft developed considerably. Unlike today, one might see such items being sold in the valley and India in the past. Unfortunately, art is rapidly disappearing in Kashmir. This paper endeavors to explore the vibrant history of this craft from its high days to its decline.

Abstract
The purpose of this qualitative study was to assess the practices and challenges of leadership development at Hamele 1967 school in Addis Ababa at Gulele Subcity. In effect, the study examines how the process and challenges of leadership development influences the teaching and learning process at this school negatively or positively: To conduct the study, descriptive research design was employed. The study was conducted in one school among purposively selected samples of 10 leadership members. Semi structured interview was conducted to the selected respondents and to triangulate their responses, the researcher made observation with the help of two woreda supervisors by using observation check list. Data analysis was made by making data filtering. And data were grouped according to items, and then an analysis was made. In addition, official reports collected from the school were analyzed and interpreted. The findings of the study revealed that, the school has no specific budget that can be used for leadership development purpose, the school principal do not used delegation of fellow member in order to develop their leadership skill, the school had a good culture of making formal meeting with fellow leadership members which is a key for leadership development. Finally, recommendations were put forward as the school principal should use delegation of bottom leaders in order to develop and exercise their leadership caliber, enough budget for the purpose of leadership development should be allocated to the school by Addis Ababa City Education Office.
