Abstract
The study aims at demonstrating the impact of organizational ambidexterity in reducing regulatory conflict from the point of view of the workers at the al Siksik Company, where the study community is represented in all 150 workers, and the study relied on a simple random sample using a comprehensive survey of a number of workers 150. The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach, using the questionnaire as a data-collection tool. The results showed that the company is practicing organizational Ambidexterity highly and that the company is also exploiting its opportunities very significantly and is exploring new opportunities very much, and it has been found that the factors of reducing the organizational conflict in the company were very high relative. The company’s management prowess explains (50.0%) of the changes toward reducing regulatory conflict and the remaining 50.0% subject to other different factors.

Abstract
We are going through a tough time. COVID-19 or SARS CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2) causes pandemic in the whole world. Apart from quarantine some health measures are desperately needed to be taken as well. Mortality from COVID-19 is higher in some countries than the others. Many factors are playing essential role in this disparity including elderly people in population, general health, quality and accessibility of healthcare, socioeconomic status and most importantly Vitamin D status in the population. In this article we will be giving insights to the roles of Vitamin D in reducing respiratory tract infection, knowledge about influenza and COVID-19 epidemiology and how Vitamin D can reduce the risk.

Abstract
One of the most frequent diseases among women is breast cancer. Early identification, individualized treatment plans, and improved knowledge are essential for cancer patients to survive. The Digital Database for Screening Mammography (DDSM) dataset was applied in this research with a deep learning network and a standard CNN. We proposed Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and CNN with Hybrid Particle Swarm Gray Wolf Optimization Algorithm (HPSGWA) for breast mass identification. Pretrained CNN and CNN with HPSGW architectures extract complex characteristics from the images and boost identification rates since classification in medical imaging requires the occurrence of different characteristics. An automated CNN for classification issues using the HPSGW metaheuristic algorithm. By automatically changing hyperparameters such the no. of layers, kernels, batches, and epochs, the network was built. The optimum hyperparameter, which provides the ideal value, was used to build the last CNN. Regarding accuracy, loss rate, and duration, CNN with HPSGW performed better than CNN. CNN with HPSGW achieved 99.31% of an accuracy, 0.1442 of a loss rate, and 4.12 minutes of a time conception.

Abstract
Climate change poses significant threats to water resources in tribal areas, impacting hydrology, socio-economics, and cultural practices. This analysis explores these impacts, highlighting altered precipitation patterns, increased droughts, and glacial retreat, which disrupt water availability and quality. Socio-economic consequences include reduced agricultural productivity, drinking water scarcity, and heightened health risks. Cultural disruptions affect sacred sites and traditional practices, while community displacement threatens cultural identity. Adaptive challenges are compounded by inadequate infrastructure, socio-political marginalization, and difficulties in integrating traditional knowledge with modern practices. Effective policies and governance, emphasizing inclusive frameworks and legal support, are crucial for addressing these impacts. Case studies from the Navajo Nation, Saami people, San communities, Inuit in the Arctic, and Amazon Basin tribes illustrate diverse adaptive responses. Safeguarding water resources in tribal areas is vital for preserving their livelihoods, cultures, and identities amid climate change.
