Abstract
Traditionally, most clinicians prefer to use posts of various types followed by crown restorations for the treatment of root filled posterior teeth. Nowadays, onlays and overlays have been proposed for restoring root filled teeth with promising results. Indirect ceramic overlays aim at the coverage of missing tooth structure with conservation of tooth structure, more importantly enamel which is required for adhesion and also a supragingival margin, which limits the irritation to the periodontium. These types of restorations permit greater control over contacts and reduce the negative effect of polymerization shrinkage when compared to direct composite restorations. Ribbond Polyethylene fibers have demonstrated their ability to withstand tensile stress and stop the crack propagation in composite material. This article presents a case report wherein an Endodontically treated molar was restored using packable composite alongwith resin fibre inserts and an occlusal coverage was provided using ceramic onlay.

Abstract
The presence of a curve of Spee (COS) of variable depth is a common finding in the occlusal arrangement and is the sixth key of occlusion The understanding of COS in the field of orthodontics is very important as orthodontists deal with it in virtually every patient they treat. An excessive COS is a common form of malocclusion that may be addressed in many ways, including posterior extrusion, anterior intrusion, and incisor proclination. The specific approach to leveling of COS should be selected based on each patient’s needs. Soft tissue, crown–gingival relations, occlusal plane, and skeletofacial concerns are among the special considerations for treatment planning for leveling of COS.

Abstract
Friedrich Froebel appears extremely prominent in western and Indian history who for the first time applied the idea of unity and spontaneous growth to education. He believed in an eternal law which governs all things. He developed his philosophy by deduction from the nature of man and thus attained the true human development and the requirement of true education. Friedrich Frobel, found a profound insight into the uniformity and essential unity of natural laws. This created in him a longing to study the natural science in order to find them in various applications of nature of universal laws

Abstract
LAMOX thin films have been successfully synthesized by spray pyrolysis technique. From XRD analysis, it was observed that all prepared lamox thin films are polycrystalline in nature. The LAMOX films exhibit predominant diffraction peak along (2 2 3) plane with cubic crystal structure. The plane (2 2 3) intensity was found to be increased with increasing precursor concentration. The FT-IR spectra of LAMOX nanoparticles sample in the range 400-4000cm-1 is shown for the samples sintered at 60̊C for 2hrs. In the FT-IR spectrum of LAMOX in range of 400-4000 cm-1 absorption bands corrosponding the vibration of cubic at ν1 ˜783.00 cm-1 and ν2 ˜627.01 cm-1 at 60̊C.

Abstract
The present study was undertaken to find out the self-confidence and academic achievement of children of working and non-working mothers of Kashmir.600 children was selected as sample for the present study (in which 300 children of working mothers and 300 children of non-working mothers) by using simple random sampling technique. Rekha Gupta’s Agnihotri Self –confidence Inventory was used for data collection. For statistical analysis mean, SD, t-test and Correlation was used. The results of the study revealed that children of working mothers have found high self-confidence than the children of non-working mothers

Abstract
In the past cryptography was utilized as a part of keeping military data, conciliatory correspondence secure and in ensuring the national security. In any case, the utilization was restricted. These days, the scope of cryptography applications have been extended a considerable measure in the cutting edge zone after the advancement of correspondence implies cryptography is a method for defending the significant information from unapproved get to. It has risen as a protected means for transmission of data. It for the most part helps in checking interruption from outsider. It gives information privacy, respectability, electronic marks, and propelled client validation. The strategies for cryptography utilize science for securing the information (encryption and unscrambling).

Abstract
In the past, human rights had been conceptualized in a way that did not take account of women’s lives and the fact that they experienced violence, crime, discrimination and coercion. In the past, women followed certain norms and traditions that put many restraints upon them, primarily in the male dominated society. The work of activists, human rights mechanisms and States has been critical in ensuring that the human rights framework has developed and adjusted to summarize the gender specific dimensions of human rights violations to safeguard women in a better way. Efficiently ensuring women’s human rights requires a wide-ranging understanding of the fundamental societal structures and power relations that define and stimulate the ability of the women to enjoy human rights. These power structures have an impact on all aspects of life, from law and politics, to economic and social policy, family and community life, education, training, skill development and attainment of employment opportunities.

Abstract
The electronic market is growing very rapidly because most of the devices are compact, innovative, an efficient and consume less power. Because of the advancement in the semiconductor technology, integration of the whole electronics system on a single chip is practicable. Conventional CMOS has a Short Channel Effect. To reduce the Short Channel Effect, FinFET is used. FinFETs are the new emerging transistors that can work in the nanometer range to overcome these Short Channel Effects. Gate Diffusion Input (GDI) is used to reduce the power consumption of digital circuits. FinFET based digital circuits such as full adder is designed by using the GDI technique. The short gate mode is used here (SG). The technology node used is 20nm at HSPICE Software.
