Abstract
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is playing a vital role in open and distance learning (ODL) to meet the requirements and expectations of the learners’ in large scale. It is difficult to perform the same using any traditional institutional system due to its limited resources. ICT has various proven tools and technologies to meet the requirements of a learner at various phases of learning cycle viz the admission phase, the learning phase, the evaluation phase and finally the certification phase as a service. Due to heterogeneous requirements in open distance learning, there are issues and challenges that are to be addressed in usage of the technology and the service(s) being provided through ICT. The paper emphasizes the issues and challenges on the computing & network infrastructure, portability with respect to hardware & software and various learner support services. The paper also presents on security issues of a service in terms of its availability, authenticity, confidentiality and access control so that one can ensure a service to the utmost satisfaction of a learner in open distance learning system.

Abstract
Child rights assume great significance in a civilized society because children are human beings who have rights to safety, security and opportunities for full development. Human resource is important part of any country and it can be developed through Education especially by strengthening the basic Education. Education is considered to be the way to lead towards progress and development of the individual. After independence of India constitution guarantee free and compulsory elementary education. On 15thof August 1947 India got freedom from British dominance. After independence India got opportunity to make the system/platform to give Education to the maximum population of the country, Indians get opportunity to make modification in the previous system and their educational policies according to the need of the country. Starting from University Commission, Secondary Education Commission, and Hunter Commission, many other policies, programmes, Acts and commissions are established but till now educational rights of children are not fulfilled. They are denying their educational rights in one and other forms.

Abstract
Overweight and Obesity which come under Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) as chronic diseases. The relevance of both hypertension and Obesity as important public health challenges is increasing worldwide. In India too there is sharp rise in number of children and adolescents with Obesity. The present study has been conducted among the adult females, a total of 305 sample size with age range of 20 to 70 years in Tirupati town of Tirupati district, Andhra Pradesh. This study is a cross sectional, collected and documented information on Blood Pressure (BP – Systolic and Diastolic), anthropometric indicators (Height, Weight, BMI) besides social and environmental factors using pretested questionnaires were utilized. The overall objective of the present study is to assess the prevalence of hypertension and its association with Anthropometric measures (Body Mass indicators) in a group of adult females.
The outcome of the study reveals adults with higher BMI are at risk in developing high Blood Pressure (BP). Therefore, Weight and Body Mass Index (BMI) are showing strong positive correlation with systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure levels.

Abstract
Leopards (Panthera pardus) are highly adaptable large cats found across various ecosystems, including the rich biodiverse forests of Jharkhand, India. As apex predators, leopards play a crucial role in maintaining ecological balance by regulating prey populations. However, the survival of leopards in Jharkhand is increasingly threatened by habitat fragmentation, human-wildlife conflict, poaching, and declining prey availability. This report examines the current status of leopards in Jharkhand, including population trends, distribution patterns, and the significant challenges they face. It highlights the impacts of habitat loss due to agricultural and industrial development and addresses human-leopard conflicts that result in socio-economic losses and retaliatory killings. The report also explores the threats posed by poaching, illegal wildlife trade, and environmental changes. Conservation efforts, including current programs, the role of government and NGOs, and the effectiveness of legal frameworks, are discussed. The importance of scientific research and monitoring techniques in understanding leopard ecology and informing conservation strategies is emphasized. Community involvement and education are identified as key components for successful conservation, with local communities playing a vital role in habitat restoration and anti-poaching activities. The report concludes with recommendations for enhancing leopard conservation efforts in Jharkhand, aiming to ensure the long-term survival of this iconic species and the overall health of the state’s biodiversity.

Abstract
Globally, education for supportable turn of events (ESD) is recognized as an essential methodology for accomplishing feasible turn of events. The Assembled Countries Ten years of Education for Supportable Turn of events (UNDESD), which runs from 2005 to 2014, features its importance. Numerous scholastics have underscored that the best methodology to support ESD adequacy is to integrate economic improvement ideas inside the curriculum. In spite of UNDESD's objective of coordinating ESD all through every educational level and fields, the impact of ESD in advanced education may be viewed as critical.

Abstract
A good night's sleep is crucial to our survival. Puberty brings about a lot of changes, one of which is that teens want to stay up longer than their parents did. This is mostly due to their increased internet use. Teens' lack of good sleep hygiene is a major contributing factor to their inability to obtain the recommended amount of sleep each night, which is eight to ten hours. Because of continual changes in lifestyle, stress is becoming increasingly common among both adults and children. The adolescent years are full of ups and downs, and if they aren't careful, the stress and strain of the time could ruin their sleep, which in turn affects their health and academic performance.

Abstract
With the developments in technology and more so in cloud computing, institutions have become more comfortable using and managing their IT resources due to the enabling advantages of cloud computing, versatility, elasticity, and affordability among other advantages that it allows. This however, raises new issues as well; securing those data and resources becomes a challenge. Security has become an important issue concerning the management of user profiles in the cloud and that is the role of Identity and Access Management (IAM) has grown tremendously. Therefore, this paper examines the state of the art concerning IAM in cloud environments with emphasis on improving user authentication mechanisms as a way of enhancing security. The purpose of this research is to assess the effectiveness of different types of authentications including multi-factor authentication (MFA), biometrics, risk-based authentication and others based on the analysis of the literature, case studies and experimental research. The cumulative evidence points to the fact that authentication of cloud-based systems can be significantly improved by employing a combination of several factors in user authentication and using the machine learning techniques for detection of the anomalies. In addition, we have designed a framework for adaptive authentication in cloud systems that varies the level of authentication based on the assessed threat at any given time. The research fills the gap in the literature on cloud security and offers recommendations to organizations on how to optimize their IAM systems when transacting in the cloud.
