Abstract
The Purpose of this study is to get the empirical knowledge of the Role-play technique to improve speaking ability, to know if the role-play effective in teaching speaking, to find the answer if the role is effective to improve English speaking ability. The technique of the research is qualitative. The data from field was done through observation in the classroom. Here the writer directly taught the students and observed students’ activities in speaking class. The writer explains the finding and gives some samples of role-play technique, activities in teaching and how to teach speaking through role-play technique.

Abstract
Cancer continues to be a leading cause of global mortality, prompting the urgent need for accurate and early diagnostic tools. This study explores the application of data mining techniques such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree, k-Nearest Neighbours (KNN), Random Forest, and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) in predicting cancer disease using clinical datasets. A comparative analysis of these models was performed using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Results indicate that ANN outperforms other models in accuracy and precision, while KNN achieves the highest recall. These findings emphasize the potential of data mining to enhance early detection and decision-making in oncology.

Abstract
This research paper explores the integration of machine learning technologies with Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies, offering a comprehensive analysis of how these technologies are transforming project performance measurement and forecasting in 2025. The paper examines the fundamental principles of EVM, identifies its traditional limitations, and investigates how machine learning algorithms and AI-driven approaches address these challenges. Through an analysis of current applications, emerging trends, and future directions, the research provides insights into the evolving landscape of project performance management in an increasingly digital and data-driven environment. The findings suggest that machine learning enhances EVM capabilities through improved data collection and analysis, more accurate forecasting, dynamic baseline adjustments, and enhanced decision support. These advancements address longstanding limitations of traditional EVM while creating new possibilities for project performance optimization in complex, uncertain environments.

Abstract
Introducing innovative PBD methods is critical for ensuring safety and economics in the face of earthquake and wind loadings. In light of the increasing complexity of high-rise buildings brought about by urbanization and advancements in building design, it is very necessary to employ these strategies. Traditional code-based approaches often fall short when confronted with the demanding task of characterizing the nonlinear and dynamic behavior of flexible high-rise buildings.

Abstract
Buddhist ethics, since its inception, has been intellectual and reflective, in contrast to conventional ethics. In Buddhism, ethics recognizes the importance of each person and the mind as the source of all values, virtues, and vices. In Buddhist tradition, Acariya denotes a teacher or mentor of a hermit. The Buddhist scriptures utilize the term to denote a teacher or moral instruction. It is nearly synonymous with Upajjhaya. Upajjhaya denotes a spiritual instructor or mentor and master. He oversees that a novice adheres to the Patimokha regulations and fulfils his monastic responsibilities and obligations without error. Moreover, the Mahavagga delineates two kinds of Upajjhaya: one who administers preliminary admission, known as Pabbajja, and the one who confers full ordination, referred to as Upasampada.

Abstract
Consumers' attitudes and experiences with plastic money (including prepaid, debit, and credit cards) are the focus of this research. Plastic money is an integral part of contemporary consumer behaviour due to the fast digitisation of the financial industry and the increasing demand for cashless transactions. The study uses a descriptive approach to examine user satisfaction, perceived advantages, and usage trends in a methodical way. A convenience sample of 134 people was used to choose the participants, and data was gathered by means of a standardised questionnaire. Questions pertaining to use frequency, perceived security, ease, incentives, and transaction speed were the primary foci of the survey.

Abstract
This study delves into the varied and extensive history-writing traditions of India, following the development of historical narratives from antiquity to the present day. In religious scriptures like the Vedas, epics like the Mahabharata and Ramayana, the Puranas, and early chronicles like the Rajatarangini, there is a distinctive combination of myth, memory, and moral tale that defines ancient Indian history. Philosophical inquiry, family history, and cultural memory all come together in these writings to form an understanding of the past. Islamic dominance brought Persian historiographical traditions to the Middle Ages, which centred on biographies of royalty, court chronicles, and inscriptions attesting to the period's events.
