Abstract
In Europe, there are currently between 12 and 20 million Roma people spread across the various European countries and in North Africa. However, most of them live in Central European countries, such as Germany, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Romania, Moldova. Others live in North Africa.
They have settled in most European countries. The largest concentration is currently in Central European countries and the Balkans.
Groups of Romani also settled in Bohemia around the 13th or 14th century, hence the name "Bohemia" and "Bohemians" when the authorities allowed them to settle there.

Abstract
This systematic review examines the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to enhance the sensing capacities of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). Through these challenges such as energy efficiency, scalability, and data reliability, AI-driven methodologies improve network performance in real-world applications including smart cities and industrial automation. The review synthesizes research on innovative charging architectures, data aggregation, dynamic routing, and predictive maintenance.

Abstract

Abstract
Substance abuse among school children has emerged as a growing global concern with serious implications for adolescent health, academic performance, and socio-emotional development. This review explores the prevalence and consequences of psycho-active substance abuse among school children, with a particular focus on the impact of psycho-education programs in preventing substance use. The paper synthesizes existing literature on the patterns of substance abuse, identifies risk factors, and highlights the socio-cultural dynamics that influence children’s engagement with psycho-active substances.

Abstract
This study investigates the effectiveness of the Technology Management Information System (TMIS) in enhancing various dimensions of organisational performance, particularly its influence on teacher morale and job satisfaction. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), the research analyses the interrelationships among key constructs—Resource Planning and Governance (RPG), Learning and Adaptation Systems (LAS), System-Based Processes (SBP), Workplace Environment and Support (WES), Communication and Reporting Channels (CRC), and Performance and Productivity (PP)—with TMIS satisfaction (TIMS) as the outcome variable. The model achieved acceptable fit indices (GFI = 0.915, AGFI = 0.889, PGFI = 0.701; CMIN/DF = 1.485), affirming the system’s relevance to organizational functioning.

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic significantly disrupted global business operations, profoundly impacting the Information Technology (IT) sector. One of the key areas affected was Human Resource (HR) management, particularly recruitment and selection processes. Traditionally reliant on in-person interactions, the IT sector rapidly transitioned to digital hiring practices in response to lockdowns and remote work requirements. This shift not only altered recruitment methods adopting video interviews and online assessments—but also redefined hiring criteria.
