Abstract
This global study critically analyses corporate governance and legal accountability. One perspective is also examined in the study. Organizations need strong governance structures to handle the complicated and interdependent business environment. These mechanisms should promote honesty, accountability, and integrity. The research examines corporate governance over time, focusing on frameworks like the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the OECD Principles and stakeholder theory's impact on governance practices. The analysis found that solid internal controls, transparent financial reporting, and diverse, independent boards constitute corporate governance best practices. The paper explores the difficulties of implementing these approaches. These hurdles include leadership buy-in, legislation complexity, and short-term thinking. It also examines the growing importance of ESG (environmental, social, and governance) factors and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in governance frameworks and business sustainability. The essay examines how contemporary developments, such as diversity and inclusion programs and technological advances, may change government surveillance methods. Regulatory agencies and international programs are also highlighted, focusing on how they help build an ethical and accountable community. This research seeks to explore the basic factors that affect corporate responsibility and governance in the modern business environment by incorporating insights from many sources. The research concludes that governance practices must be continually examined and changed to suit stakeholders' shifting expectations and ensure the organization's long-term effectiveness.

Abstract

Abstract
This study investigates the efficacy of an interactive virtual reality (VR) environment designed to immerse undergraduate students in foundational cosmology concepts. Drawing upon constructivist learning theory and empirical evidence that immersive VR enhances spatial reasoning, motivation, and conceptual understanding in STEM disciplines, we developed a three dimensional VR simulation enabling learners to explore cosmic structures, manipulate variables governing cosmic evolution, and visualize large scale phenomena such as cosmic expansion and spacetime curvature.

Abstract

Abstract
The drug delivery system (DDS) has evolved from traditional bulk drug administration to highly specialized platforms that optimize drug release, targeting, and patient compliance. Modern DDS strategies ranging from oral, parenteral, transdermal, and inhalational methods to advanced nanotechnology-based, implantable, and personalized delivery systems ensure enhanced bioavailability, controlled release, and reduced side effects. Pediatric medication administration, a critical subset of this field, requires special attention due to the physiological variability in children.

Abstract
Contextual emotion detection has emerged as a significant development in natural language processing, particularly in enhancing the emotional intelligence of conversational AI. Traditional sentiment analysis approaches often fail to capture nuanced emotional expressions such as sarcasm, masked frustration, or emotional shifts within multi-turn dialogues. In contrast, transformer-based models enable a deeper, context-aware interpretation of emotions by analyzing both local and global conversational cues. This allows for more accurate detection of complex emotional states, fostering empathetic and human-like interactions between users and AI systems. Such advancements are critical in applications ranging from customer support to mental health services, where understanding subtle emotional signals is essential for effective communication.

Abstract
The rapid growth of digital payment systems has significantly transformed India’s financial ecosystem, creating new pathways for enhancing financial inclusion. This study investigates the potential of digital payment technologies to revolutionize access to financial services in rural Karnataka, a region where cash transactions and informal financial systems continue to dominate. By focusing on rural households and micro-entrepreneurs, the research highlights how technology-driven solutions can bridge persistent gaps in banking, credit, and savings instruments. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining a quantitative survey of 500 rural households across five districts with qualitative interviews of 50 small business owners, such as traders, shopkeepers, and cooperative members. Quantitative data were analyzed using regression and chi-square models to identify adoption patterns, while qualitative insights were drawn from thematic analysis of lived experiences and perceived barriers. Results reveal that UPI-based platforms, Aadhaar-enabled payment services, and mobile banking applications have significantly penetrated rural markets, fostering greater engagement with formal financial channels. However, structural constraints such as limited digital literacy, unreliable network infrastructure, and pronounced gender gaps continue to impede widespread adoption. Trust in fintech systems emerged as an important determinant, particularly among small traders who showed higher confidence in digital transactions compared to salaried workers. The findings provide actionable insights for policymakers, banks, and fintech providers, underscoring the need to strengthen rural digital infrastructure, promote culturally sensitive financial literacy initiatives, and develop localized digital solutions. Overall, the study demonstrates that digital payments, when effectively supported, can act as a catalyst for inclusive financial empowerment in Karnataka’s hinterlands.

Abstract
Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) have long been recognized as a critical indicator of systemic risk within the banking sector, and the COVID-19 pandemic further amplified these challenges for public sector banks in India, particularly the State Bank of India (SBI). As the largest public sector bank, SBI plays a pivotal role in maintaining financial stability and depositor confidence during times of economic uncertainty. This study aims to assess the impact of rising NPAs on depositor trust during the pandemic period from 2020 to 2022. A mixed-method approach was adopted, utilizing secondary data from official reports alongside primary data collected through a structured depositor survey comprising 150 respondents across rural and urban regions. Statistical analysis, including correlation and regression techniques, was applied to examine the relationship between NPA levels and depositor trust. The results revealed a moderate but statistically significant decline in depositor confidence (p < 0.05) during periods of NPA escalation, with the effect being more pronounced among urban customers compared to rural counterparts. Key implications highlight the urgent need for robust risk communication strategies, transparent disclosures, and strengthened depositor assurance mechanisms to mitigate trust erosion during financial crises. The findings contribute to both theoretical understanding—by validating trust theory in a crisis context—and practical banking strategies by recommending enhanced communication frameworks for public sector banks. This study underscores the importance of depositor-centric policies for sustaining financial resilience amid systemic disruptions.
