Abstract
The advent of Fintech, cryptocurrencies and the Central Bank digital currency (CBDC) is holistically transforming the financial landscape of India, which this paper discusses. In particular, the paper pays attention to the systemic changes in India's financial sector as well as the impact of fintech in terms of digital payments through UPIs and neo-banks in particular aimed at fostering financial inclusion. It also looks at the developing practice of using cryptocurrencies for trading even where there are regulatory risks and evaluating the tipping potential of cryptocurrencies in the reorganization of decentralized finance (DeFi). Furthermore, the paper explores the attempts by the RBI to roll out the digital Rupee, stressing the impact CBDC would have on Indian payment systems as well as the control of monetary policy in the country. The analysis of such coherent processes allows drawing conclusions on the strategy that India employs, in order to succeed in the global digital finance race. The paper ends by taking about the possibilities and limitations posed by the three elements of fin-tech, cryptocurrencies and CBDC on the future state of finance in India as well as the importance of developing a regulatory framework that fosters growth without compromising on security and stability.

Abstract
The objective of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies in the institutional setting of higher education. Finding effective human resource management methods in universities and gaining an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come along with those practices are the two primary goals. For the purpose of drawing conclusions, this study makes use of both primary data, which is information obtained via interviews and surveys, and secondary data, which is information extracted from studies that have been published in the past.

Abstract
Quantum systems behave in ways that challenge classical physics, particularly with phenomena such as superposition, entanglement, and quantization. These systems exhibit behaviors like existing in multiple states simultaneously and "collapsing" into one upon measurement.

Abstract
Medicinal plants have played a pivotal role in human healthcare systems across civilizations and continue to be vital in traditional and modern medicine. The World Health Organization estimates that up to 80% of the global population relies on herbal remedies for primary healthcare, particularly in developing nations. The Kashmir Valley, rich in floral diversity due to its topographical uniqueness, harbours approximately 500 medicinal plant species, of which over 300 are integrated into Indian Systems of Medicine (ISM). However, habitat degradation, overexploitation, and rapid urbanization pose significant threats to this invaluable resource.

Abstract
Agricultural intensification has been increasingly accompanied by extensive pesticide application, which has been recognized as a major driver of biodiversity loss in agro ecosystems. In the present investigation, the decline of arthropod communities in pesticide-treated agricultural fields was assessed in the district of Purba Medinipur in West Bengal, India. Arthropods have been widely regarded as critical ecological components of agricultural systems due to their roles in nutrient cycling, biological pest control, and soil health maintenance.

Abstract
Small Indigenous Fish Species (SIFs) have been recognized as a vital component of inland fisheries, particularly in South and Southeast Asia, due to their ecological importance, nutritional richness, and contribution to rural livelihoods. The present study examined the diversity, utilization, and socio-economic significance of SIFs in selected blocks of Paschim and Purba Medinipur districts of West Bengal, India. A mixed-method research design had been adopted over a three-year period (2021–2024), incorporating field surveys, household questionnaires, market assessments, and secondary data analysis. A total of fifteen commonly consumed SIFs belonging to seven families were documented. Block-wise analysis revealed spatial variation in species availability, household consumption, income generation, and gender participation.
