Abstract
The advent of digital learning tools has revolutionized the educational landscape, introducing profound changes in the delivery and experience of education. This paper examines how these tools ranging from interactive software and online platforms to virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) applications enhance educational outcomes. Key areas of impact include personalized learning, student engagement and motivation, access and flexibility, collaboration and communication, interactive and immersive learning, assessment and feedback, inclusivity and accessibility, and teacher empowerment and professional development. With tailoring educational experiences to individual needs, making learning more dynamic and engaging, and supporting diverse learners and educators, digital learning tools play a crucial role in improving the quality and effectiveness of education in the digital age.

Abstract
A leader's capacity to encourage growth and achievement has always fascinated me. Leadership that gets results is, in my opinion, the most crucial attribute for any company. It gets better: certain leaders are even ready to start revolutions when the time is right. Amazingly, we were able to achieve all of our objectives while also practically cultivating new leaders and advocates among regular people. Being a leader meant taking responsibility and seeing things through to completion.

Abstract
As renewable energy dominates power systems, converter-connected generating units and loads reduce system inertia. System behaviour change causes stability, control, and operating issues for grid operators. Understanding inertia in renewable-dominated environments demands much investigation. We must redefine system inertia since renewable energy sources can now supply virtual (or synthetic) inertia.
This report summarizes high-renewable energy power system inertia improvement studies. System operators' low-inertia system management difficulties and solutions are examined. The term should encompass modern grids' various system inertias. Recent studies reveal that lower inertia greatly affects frequency stability. Strategies and procedures in this study can mitigate these consequences.

Abstract
The electrification of urban and semi-urban areas in India is essential for sustainable economic growth and energy security. However, reliance on conventional energy sources brings with it a host of problems, including high electricity costs, grid reliability issues, and environmental concerns. Residential microgrids powered by renewable energy sources provide an exciting new direction for tackling these problems. This study looks at all the different types of residential microgrids in India's urban and semi-urban areas to find the best design and one that is also financially feasible. It does this by looking at things like capital costs, operational costs, energy demand patterns, and the area's geography.

Abstract
This study investigates a high-temperature latent heat thermal energy storage (LHTES) system using hydroquinone as the phase change material (PCM) and Therminol VP-1 as the heat transfer fluid (HTF). ANSYS FLUENT simulations, validated by experiments, analyze the impact of pipe geometry, HTF inlet temperature, and flow rate on thermal efficiency and entropy generation, keeping PCM volume constant.

Abstract
Competitive electricity markets and narrowing profit margins have necessitated the operation of hydraulic turbines, particularly Francis turbines, under increasingly demanding and off-design conditions. To meet these challenges, modern turbine runners are often designed to be lightweight and operate across extended ranges. However, these designs are more susceptible to structural issues, particularly when exposed to flow-induced excitations that may approach the runner’s natural frequency, potentially leading to resonance and catastrophic failure.
